Ingredients - All recipes for a 60 lbs. dog
    Meatballs
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • Rice
  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 32 ounces unsalted beef broth
  • 1 package frozen green beans
Instructions
  1. Combine Meat and YogurtMix together the yogurt and ground lamb in a medium bowl.
  2. Form BallsRoll meat and yogurt combination into small balls, roughly the size of ping pong balls. Wet hands for easier handling.
  3. Heat PanHeat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  4. Cook MeatballsPlace meatballs in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes, flip frequently. Add 2-3 Tablespoons of water and place the lid on the skillet and cook the meatballs until they're thoroughly cooked, typically for another 2-3 minutes. Set aside an allow to cool.
  5. Cook RicePrepare the rice as directed on the package. Use the unsalted beef broth instead of water. Use a 1:20 ratio (1 cup rice to 2 cups broth). Once it's ready, set it aside and allow it to cool while you complete the next step.
  6. Cook Green BeansHeat green beans according to package.  Cool and combine with rice.
  7. Combine and ServePour the rice/green bean mixture into the serving bowl (dog bowl). Feel free to add additional unsalted broth and supplements at this time, and stir. Add the meatballs on top and serve!
If you want to be EXTRA, whip together a greek dipping sauce to pour on top. Mix 2 Tablespoons of greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon dill, 1 Tablespoon of olive oil.
