Unleash a burst of flavor and nutrition with our Bow Wow Burger Bowl with protein-packed meat and vibrant veggies.
Succulent ground meat meets a medley of veggies, perfectly blended with wholesome brown rice. This canine feast promises a symphony of flavors that will have your dog's tail wagging with delight. Recipe makes roughly two-cup servings for a 60 lbs. dog.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and sauté until browned. Drain oil. Place into a bowl and set aside, allowing to cool. Chop up the ground meat, I like to throw into the food processor for ~10 seconds.
Once cooled dump into a very large bowl where you will be putting all ingredients to combine together eventually.
Prepare the rice as directed on the package using the beef broth instead of water. Once it's ready, set it aside and allow it to cool while you complete the next steps.

Heat mixed vegetables and beans according to packaging/can. Chop into bite-sized pieces. I like to throw into a food processor for ~10 seconds.

Put all of the ingredients into a large bowl if you haven't already. Pour the olive oil generously over top of the mixture.
Stir and combine well.
Ensure the meal has cooled enough and serve!
I put two cups into each freezer bag or storage container per portion. Once all portioned out, I place three days worth into the refrigerator and the rest in the freezer.
I recommend pulling the food from the freezer AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. If needed, you can microwave, but check for hot spots and add some water to equalize the temperature.
