Description

Elevate breakfast time with these almond flour marvels – a delightful chorus of coconut, peanut butter, and banana that transforms every bite into a vacation for your furry friend's taste buds.

Ingredients - All recipes for a 60 lbs. dog
  • 2 cups almond flour (You can use whole wheat flour, I just like to avoid grains when possible.)
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (Be careful! Most are sweetened!)
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
  • 1 cup water (Adjust as needed for consistency)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and baking powder (if using).

  2. Blend Wet Ingredeints

In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add the shredded coconut, natural peanut butter, and water. Mix until you achieve a smooth consistency.

  3. Combine and Mix

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Adjust the water amount if needed to achieve a pancake batter consistency.

  4. Cook on Griddle or Pan

Preheat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease it with a small amount of oil or cooking spray.

Spoon portions of the batter onto the griddle to form pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

  5. Cool and Serve

Allow the almond flour-based pancakes to cool before serving them to your dog. Cut them into bite-sized pieces for easier consumption.

Serve and Enjoy: Present these delightful grain-free pancakes to your pup as a special treat. They'll love the combination of banana sweetness, coconut texture, and peanut butter richness.
