Prep the Salmon
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through. Let it cool, then flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces.

Cook the Potatoes
In a pot, bring water or vegetable broth (optional) to a boil. Add diced potatoes and cook until they are tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables
In a separate pot, steam or boil the chopped green beans until they are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes. You can also use a frozen steamable bag too, follow instructions on package.

Cook Brown Rice
Prepare the rice as directed on the package. Once it's ready, set it aside and allow it to cool while you complete the next steps. -
Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, cooked potatoes, steamed green beans, grated carrot, and cooked brown rice. Mix well to ensure an even distribution of ingredients. -
Serve
